Do not order online unless you provide a valid e-mail address, and contact number for immediate callback if necessary.  If you have a cell phone and home phone provide both.  Use the cellular phone as your alternate contact number.  If you use a credit card or bank account, the cardholder or account holder must also be the account holder for the internet service.  (This means if you are using your husbands card, the the entire account with us must be in the husbands name, not yours. Same rules apply for non-married couples, and other relatives.)

Payment Policy (Recited from Terms of Service)

Our billing is done per calendar month with set billing dates.  There is no prorating.  We have found this is best, and eliminates guessing when you will be billed for service.

When you sign up, you are charged for the current month at the time of signup, regardless of the time of month.  All future payments will be charged on the 23rd of the month, early in the morning.  You must have the funds available in your account by the close of business on the 22nd.

Message from the Fraud Prevention Department

All orders received are verified within 24 hours.  Any fraudulent orders, or attempts will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  We collect 12 types of data during to order to prevent any fraud attempt, and work closely with the local governments of all 50 states.  We reserve the right to use proxy bypass and Caller ID bypass technology to ensure orders are legitimate.
