How to set up the Internet in MAC
 

AT THE PRESENT TIME, WE DO NOT SUPPORT MAC.

For customers on a plan that allows them to use the 24 hour support center, the support center technicians may have personal knowledge of the operating system, and how to setup the service, but this is not guaranteed.  Midwest Telecom will not provide phone or ticket based support for this operating system.

If you signup for service, and use this operating system, you must know how to setup the connection, and you must know how to do so using PPP/CHAP.  We will not disclose any IP or DNS information as it should not be needed.  We use dynamic dialup connectivity.

We do have links to setup information for these services that we found on 3rd party sites.

You can sub out usernames or passwords fields with your FULL USERNAME from our ISP.

Also, remember to enter our ISPs name on any Icon or Identification fields so that you are not confused.
